SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS:
We aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible. All measures are taken to give you a prompt and speedy delivery experience.
SAME DAY DELIVERY is available for the Sapphire Coast region in NSW.
2 - 4 DAY DELIVERY is available for all metropolitan areas in Eastern Australia. Please note that orders must be processed by 3:30 p.m. AEST for prompt delivery to occur. We rely on the prompt service of Australia Post so unfortunately there may be the odd occasion when the delivery time could be longer.
Please allow extra business days for regional & remote areas. Delivery to these areas generally takes 3 – 4 days.
Please note: Australia Post does not deliver on weekends or public holidays so unless prior arrangements have been made you will not receive a delivery on the weekend or on a public holiday.
$8.00 Metropolitan areas under 1kg
$19.95 to any address in regional & remote Australia up to 2kg.
Delivery options for parcels weighing more than 2kg will be discussed with the client.
If you have a preferred delivery date we always recommend ordering earlier as we rely on couriers and Australia Post for our deliveries. Please don't hesitate to call us if you have any concerns or queries. We are here to assist and happy to help!
*For Bulk Orders especially around Christmas, Easter and Mother’s Day we recommend you order in advance.
DELIVERY CUT OFF TIMES:
To have your gift delivered SAME DAY to the above mentioned areas your order must be placed by 10.00 a.m. AEST. Sapphire Coast region only.
We cannot guarantee next day delivery. We can guarantee your gift will be dispatched in line with the same day or next day service policy. Once the gift leaves our premises any delays in the gift being delivered are out of the control of Three Wise Mums.
Couriers attempt to deliver between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday ONLY. Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate for these hours. Workplace addresses are highly recommended in the event that the recipient regularly works office hours. Please note that should the intended recipient not be available, arrangements can be made for the parcel to be signed for by reception or the mail room.
Please note, we cannot accept a specified delivery time (eg. 3.00pm).
If the recipient is not home and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the parcel a calling card will be left. The recipient can then arrange to collect the parcel /gift from their local post office at their convenience.
If the delivery address is a hospital and the recipient is discharged before delivery is made the recipient can then arrange a suitable day for re-delivery, which will incur an extra charge of $13 to the purchaser.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Three Wise Mums if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. If instructed, we will leave the parcel with a neighbour or alternatively leave it in a safe place.
All cancellation of gift orders must be made within 24 hours prior to despatch. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the parcel has left our premises.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver by the date requested this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
